Your responsibilities:


  • Support the groupwide occupational health and safety manager
  • Contribute to strategic topics (e.g. integrating sustainability into measures)
  • Actively participate in projects and initiatives
  • Organize expert roundtables
  • Assist in communication with service providers and internal stakeholders (e.g. people management, occupational medicine, workplace reintegration, works council)
  • Consult and support global locations on healthrelated issues
  • Opportunity for personal project development or takeover
  • If needed, support on environmental topics

Your profile:


  • You are preferably enrolled in a master's program in health sciences or management, sports sciences or management, social sciences or a similar field
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • You are organized and approach tasks in a structured and effective manner
  • You work independently, have a quick grasp and are motivated to use your creative freedom
  • You are a team player, skilled in communication, and able to inspire others with your ideas while being responsible
  • Excellent German and English skills are necessary, additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in this field is advantageous
  • Willingness to also deal with environmental topics and work on them
