Job Details:


  • Manage daily operations for the Kill Truck and Rental Equipment departments.
  • Receive customer phone calls/orders.
  • Schedule and dispatch employees to customer locations.
  • Meet with customers to market services and support sales directives.
  • Make decisions about business policies, manage risks, and resolve employee issues.
  • Evaluate, discipline, dispatch, and manage approximately 1015 employees.
  • Plan routes for Class A Commercial drivers on oil and gas lease properties.
  • Complete all paperwork and work with the front office to resolve clerical issues.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and other department managers to meet company goals and customer requests.
  • Daily travel to the job and customer locations (generally within 100 air miles of the Bakersfield office).
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with legal regulations by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for all aspects of equipment rentals.
  • Communicate customer concerns or issues with the operations team and work to improve the customer experience by resolving problems.
  • Cover for and support Acid Operations as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Must have a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must pass a preemployment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and worked with DOT regulation enforcement or a DOTregulated position for approximately 3+ years.
  • Progressive management or supervisor experience for 3 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field (applicable experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • Previous work in the oil and gas industry (preferred).
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in triplex pumps and circulation pumps.
  • Knowledge of pressure pumping (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build positive and constructive relationships amongst management, colleagues, customers, and employees.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more required. General bending and lifting may be required.
  • Valid, California Class A Driver's license required; endorsements preferred.

Pay:
$90, $100,000.00 per year
