Your Responsibilities:
Independently manage the store and address customer concerns
Align store operations with customer needs, ensure service standards are met, and act as a local entrepreneur
Provide disciplinary leadership and structured development for your store team (e.g. talent management, succession planning, recruitment) and act as a motivator, role model, and coach
Achieve budget goals and take responsibility for strategic location development
Ensure (seasonal) product availability, inventory security, and store operations in collaboration with your entire store team
Establish a communication structure within the store and act as a source of inspiration
Ensure implementation of concepts, guidelines, and services, as well as compliance with internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)
