Compensation:
Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from $26.50/hour to $29.50/hour.
General Summary
Process daily accounts receivable transactions, files and records.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Process daily cash receipts including entry into computer and deposit at bank.
Prepare client invoices including entry into computer and printing invoices.
Maintain pending invoices files for future shows.
Collect past due accounts receivable accounts including contacting clients and
maintaining contact records.
Prepare and reconcile Advance Deposit account.
Prepare adjusting journal entries for correction of general ledger accounts related
to accounts receivable.
Interact with other departments and clients as needed.
Enter cash receipts into General Ledger.
Collect cash from lockers and machines.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent work experience, required
Accounts receivable experience, preferred
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele. Provide customer service in a professional considerate manner
Work effectively with diverse groups of people among all levels within an organization
Perform job tasks effectively, despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities
Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
Detail oriented and excellent data entry skills
Excellent record of dependability, reliability, and integrity
Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English
Computer Skills
Excellent typing skills and general office clerical skills. The ability to operate computers and work with basic office systems.
Microsoft Excel and computer experience required.
