Your tasks:
- Planning, administration and monitoring of budgets for various departments in collaboration with the respective teams
- Event billing
- Review of funding applications and usage reports, advising applicants and committees
- Invoicing and controlling
- Preparation of financial overviews and statistical evaluations
- Secretarial tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Indepth knowledge and experience in the field of administration/finance
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), willingness to familiarize oneself with Church Financial Management (KFM) and the Event Management Program (SemiQ)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
