What We're Looking For
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pediatric Dental Front Office Lead to join our team.

As the heart of our practice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs smoothly, and efficiently, and delivers the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the front office, including appointment scheduling, patient checkin/checkout, treatment planning and insurance verification.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for young patients and their families.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, parents, and our dental team.
• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote our pediatric dental practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front dental office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with dental software and office management tools.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience.
