    Job Description

    Job Title: Technical Document Writer
    Duration: 1 Year Contract
    Location: ONSITE - 770 Sumneytown Pike, West Point, PA 19486
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
    Compensation: $40.17 per hour (38% Markup)

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biological Sciences with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in a GMP environment
    • Understanding of GMP documentation requirements
    • Ability to work autonomously and within a team


    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Prior involvement in the production of large molecule substances like vaccines or biologics
    • Familiarity with SAP system is beneficial
    • Knowledge of electronic document management systems, including Veeva Vault. Strong technical writing skills (in a GMP setting)
    • Effective organizational and communication abilities
    • Managing project timelines and schedules efficiently
    • Proficiency in MS Word, and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)


    Responsibilities:
    Candidate will engage in various tasks such as:

    • Creating and updating SOPs following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to aid in the upcoming business system implementation in the large molecule manufacturing domain
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts from different business areas to incorporate functional and technical needs from manufacturing and other supporting units into SOPs for compliance with the new business system implementation
