Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, ADP, or UltiPro
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and requirements
