Your responsibilities:


  • As a team leader, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of employees in the areas of financial, balance sheet, and rent accounting
  • You ensure the professional development and promotion of team members, act with appreciation, and provide impulses for improvements
  • You are the internal contact person for your team and ensure that all financial processes in the company run smoothly, allowing other departments to focus on their core work
  • With your expertise, you ensure the correct posting of business transactions and clarify any questions, problems, and discrepancies
  • You are responsible for preparing the commercial and tax annual financial statements of the individual companies as well as the consolidated financial statements
  • You are available as a contact person for external partners such as auditors, tax consultants, and the tax office

Your profile:


  • You have completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship as a certified accountant or a comparable professional training
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in accounting or auditing, ideally with personnel responsibility
  • You have knowledge of financial accounting topics, accounting
