- Provides expert administrative support to the production team.
- Streamlines and improves efficiency of processes and procedures.
- Collaborates with Project Managers Production Team Leaders, and Supply Chain.
- Oversees the costs of materials and other goods, services, and activities.
- Oversees Raw Material, Finished Goods, and Fixed Assets Inventory counts.
- Unifies processes and procedures across all ledgers.
- Tracks production supply spending and ensures timely closing of end of month for production.
- Assure compliance of daily activities with effective measurements in place including performance of AP resources.
- Will work one Sunday a month, for end of month inventory and Dec 31 is a mandatory workday for end of month and year.
- Experience with balance sheet and reconciliation
- Inventory and reconciliation
- Experience as a cost accountant or Staff accountant role in the past or current
- Must have experience with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Must be a self-starter and capable of adapting to change, this is a fast-paced working environment and will have constant changes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Open to working one Sunday a month for end of month inventory and Dec 31 is a mandatory workday for end of month and year.
