The WWK is currently seeking an IT Group Leader (m/f/d) for Sales & Portals to join our team as soon as possible.

As part of the IT department, the Application & Integration Services division is responsible for defining, building, and continuously improving our application landscape.

We combine standard software from leading manufacturers with our own solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and creative leader to join our team for the long term.


In this role, you will lead a team of 14 employees in Sales & Portals, both in terms of discipline and expertise.

You will be responsible for the development and operation of our platforms, portals, and sales applications, as well as our software development process.

You will align the development of your team and their tasks with the IT strategy, and support and promote their skills and abilities in line with future IT requirements, cost-consciousness, and professional, methodological, and social competencies.

You will also collaborate closely with other IT department leaders and communicate with stakeholders in other departments and external partners.

Additionally, you will make suggestions for improving efficiency, productivity, flexibility, and methodology.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or a comparable IT-related education, as well as extensive professional experience, ideally in the design of sales or portal solutions.
