Responsibilities:


What You'll Do:

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
• Install home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Qualifications:

What You 'll Bring:

• Bath/Shower Installation, Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Experience with walk in tub, shower/bath remodels or acrylic bath/shower systems
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 75LB
