• SUMMARY:
• As a Stock Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our Rewards Framework, with a primary focus on Stock Administration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management of our stock programs and contribute to the success of our Total Rewards initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate on the design, review, and management of the

Total Rewards Framework:
job catalog, compensation structures, short and long-term incentive programs.

• Support & audit the Rakuten Stock Administration Program
• Complete adhoc analysis and generate reports to assess current rewards programs, trends and best practices and other related initiatives.
• Work with HRPBs to continuously improve Stock related communication.
• Participate in the preparation of the global annual compensation review process, this includes data validation and Workday Advanced Comp configuration and testing.
• Partner with the HRIS team to maintain Stock data in Workday.
• Assist crossregional Total Rewards initiatives (Americas, APAC, EMEA)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Compensation/Payroll/Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; experience in working with people data is preferred.
• Ability to build productive relationships; excellent interpersonal, consulting and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and diverse cultures in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Equity Programs
• Experience managing programs from end to end.
