Victory Programs is a Boston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals and families who may have substance use disorders, often accompanied by chronic health issues like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and mental illness. Providing a welcoming environment, our compassionate and inspiring team is committed to helping them regain their health and restore their hope through immediate access to safe and stable housing.

The
Junior Program Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Impact and Evaluation for support and supervision.

The overarching goal of the department is to leverage data to better understand how to grow Victory Program's impact and reach.


Essential Functions:


  • Scan, tag, and enter client data
  • Run and distribute reports, in support of quality assurance and program operations
  • Produce analytics for quality assurance, program operations, and funder requirements
  • Be a thought partner as we try to streamline and simplify our data processes
  • Special projects, as assigned

Non-Essential Functions:


  • Participate and support the agency in program events, State House rallies, fundraising and advocacy events, rallies, walks and any additional functions
  • Perform any other duty or task that may be requested from time to time by your supervisor or their designee

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Public Administration, Public Health, Data Science) with at least 2 years of practical experience required; Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
  • Processminded
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Comfort with change and ability to thrive in an everevolving program environment
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
  • Availability to work 40 hours onsite per week, during regular business hours
  • Three professional work references, at least 2 from a supervisor or manager
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Position Type:
Full-time, non-exempt 40 hours Monday-Friday


Rate:
$65,000 Annually
