Call Center Representative

Full-Time (Administrative Assistant)

Facility Services - Holland Home

General Information:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

  • Directly supports the Facility Services Department, all Christian Living Services Staff, and Holland Home residents by taking phone calls from residents and staff members and creating subsequent work orders.
  • Types letters, correspondence, forms, reports, and other documents.
  • Interacts with all levels of staff, residents/clients, families, and the public, on the phone and in person, offering information and assistance or directing the person to the appropriate department. Informs manager when the situation warrants further attention.
  • Enters data into the computer; generates related reports, including Workhub, Smartsheets, Relias, etc.
  • Creates and maintains resident/client charts; assures documentation is complete and contains necessary signatures.
  • Maintains departmental files and records.
  • Process departmental mail.
  • Attends staff meetings and inservice programs as required.
  • Performs job duties in accordance with the mission and values of Holland Home.
  • Understands resident/patient/client rights and incorporates them into daily practice.
  • Supports and models by conduct the Holland Home Code of Conduct to residents/patients/clients, employees and public.
  • Meets Holland Home's standards for confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • The job requires knowledge normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be comfortable in a fastpaced environment while keeping customer focused.
  • One to two years of related clerical and secretarial experience is required.
  • Must have the ability to work with interruptions, keeping consistent communication with the team in order to maintain the time sensitive workflow of the department.

  • Call center environment: One room with other call center representative who are answering phone calls and creating work orders.
  • Team work oriented environment.

Schedule:


  • Full-Time (Monday-Friday):
  • Varied start and end times available (7 am 4 pm)
  • 40 hours per week
