Your tasks.

  • First point of contact for our customers, analyzing incoming incidents and developing qualified solutions.
  • Responsible for proactive monitoring of services and ensuring availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling second level support for common hardware, software, and industry solutions.
  • Thorough documentation in the service desk tool and management and monitoring of tickets.
  • Developing solutions and resolving incidents.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and documenting IT processes.
  • Installing client hardware and software and managing users.

Your profile.

  • Several years of experience in onsite support.
  • You enjoy supporting customers and solving IT problems.
  • You also enjoy client administration and management.
  • If you also have experience with Windows and Linux servers, Citrix, VMware, or another hypervisor, we would be happy to hear about it.
  • Passion for IT and a basic technical understanding to be able to answer customer inquiries directly.
  • You can assess when you need support from experts.
  • Your interest in modern technologies goes beyond your work.
