Your tasks.
- First point of contact for our customers, analyzing incoming incidents and developing qualified solutions.
- Responsible for proactive monitoring of services and ensuring availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Handling second level support for common hardware, software, and industry solutions.
- Thorough documentation in the service desk tool and management and monitoring of tickets.
- Developing solutions and resolving incidents.
- Assisting with troubleshooting and documenting IT processes.
- Installing client hardware and software and managing users.
Your profile.
- Several years of experience in onsite support.
- You enjoy supporting customers and solving IT problems.
- You also enjoy client administration and management.
- If you also have experience with Windows and Linux servers, Citrix, VMware, or another hypervisor, we would be happy to hear about it.
- Passion for IT and a basic technical understanding to be able to answer customer inquiries directly.
- You can assess when you need support from experts.
- Your interest in modern technologies goes beyond your work.
