Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golf Tech Rep to join our team.
As a Tech Rep, you will be responsible for contacting various golf venues and setting up Demo Days for our Newton Golf Shafts.
This position will be a hybrid in the sense that the Tech Rep will collect a fixed payment for the Demo Day and also will receive commissions based on their sales at the Demo day along with future sales from account openings.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in the golf shafts that we offer.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve company sales goals.
Skills:
- Selfstarter who is happy to introduce our golf shafts to their fellow golf enthusiasts.
- Experience in golf club fitting, understanding of the golf swing, need to be able to talk with fellow golfers.
- Experience in retail sales in the Golf equipment space.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
