Your area of responsibility

  • Consulting internal and external customers on the continuous adaptation, further development and optimization of business processes, which are mapped in different systems (MS Dynamics, Enaio, TMS and logistics systems)
  • Design, customization and implementation of processes and functions in ERP, DMS and logistics systems
  • Identification of optimization potentials in existing processes and structures
  • Coordination of interfaces to customers
  • Support and maintenance of ongoing applications, if necessary 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Contact person for process-responsible users from specialist departments and organization of the internal "key user circle"

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics, vocational training in the field of IT or a comparable education with relevant experience
  • Experience with systems (MS Dynamics, Enaio, Lobster) and in the field of forwarding and logistics would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of different interfaces desirable
  • Analytical thinking, quick understanding of complex relationships, as well as goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Communication skills, assertiveness, personal responsibility as well as teamwork, negotiation skills and solution orientation
