Your tasks

Joint management of the Department of Educational Services

in a leadership tandem with the departments of Supplementary

Care and All-Day Schools, currently with 10 colleagues in the

administration, 21 team leaders, and approximately 220

educational professionals at schools

Overall responsibility for leading and organizing the existing

system and collaborations with schools, specialist services,

institutions, and offices

Implementing and further developing the educational concept

and guidelines in collaboration with multi-professional teams

Participating in projects within the framework of the legal

entitlement to all-day care at primary schools

Conceptual and coordinating work in cooperation with state

school authorities and school management

Representational tasks

Your profile

Completed academic degree in educational science, social

pedagogy, social work, or a comparable qualification

Extensive professional experience, preferably in an

administration or (extra-)curricular educational institution

Relevant knowledge in pedagogy for school-age children

Experience in project management and concept development

Leadership skills and a strong team-oriented leadership
