    Responsibilities:
    • Drafts legal documents according to judicial procedures.
    • Assist our Consul and team with legal documentation
    • Take notes to prepare summaries of statements and judicial proceedings
    • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
    • Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files
    • Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Researches and analyzes to support legal proceedings
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods and other related matters.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
