Job Duties

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering, issue resolution, and process improvement.
  • Adding, removing, and modifying user accounts and groups.
  • Leading tasks or projects, such as system implementations, migrations, integrations, or enhancements.
  • Collaborating with business partners to design and implement processes and workflows to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
  • Facilitating system maintenance, monitoring, and business continuity, for the financial systems environment.
  • Creating documentation such as technical specifications, stand operating procedures (SOPs), dataflow diagrams, test plans, and systems documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working with vendors on project enhancements and system upgrades to assure optimization and project completion.
  • Strong technical skills to include:
  • Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop operating systems, SQL Server, and systems design.
  • Ticketing system utilization.
  • Account provisioning.
  • Systems administration.
  • Ability to maintain system documentation, logs, and functional instructions.
  • Ability to support business processes, changes, and updates.
  • Ability to present technical information concisely with Proof of Concepts, diagrams, and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Strong timemanagement skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building rapport and relationship with peers and endusers.
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices and methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking, with robust creative problem solving and inquisitive skills.

Additional Considerations

  • Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Business experience.
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle.
  • SQL knowledge
