The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to eradicating homelessness amongst our veterans.

The Foundation is seeking an experienced Coordinator Veteran Facilities to support the Director Veteran Facilities with the maintenance and sustainability of assets under development as well as stabilized assets.


Applicants must be well organized, have the ability to effectively multi-task within a timely fashion, follow up, possess a keen attention to detail, prioritize multiple projects and workload, and handle sensitive information.

Duties and responsibilities_

  • Conducting administrative duties such as maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, setting up meetings, managing communications and direct vendors accordingly, as well as managing an active calendar/schedule.
  • Create and maintain propertyspecific templates for all maintenancerelated items, vendor lists, and payments outstanding and completed.
  • Prepare invoice requests and work with Accounts Payable to ensure they are paid, follow up with vendors to ensure receipt.
  • Tracking and reporting income and expense reporting, invoicing, analyzing data as required.
  • Assist Director Veteran Facilitiesin creating and maintaining master list of assets, sitespecific profits/losses, and Major Capital Improvement schedules.
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Director Veteran Facilitiesin an orderly and efficient manner.

Qualifications_

  • 3+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistance.
  • Background in the real estate or accounting fields a plus.
  • Proficiency in any property management and collaborative software tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to create and manage construction budgets.
  • Must be willing to travel within the United States on behalf of Tunnel to Towers as needed.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proficiency in Office and/or Google Suite.

Special Working conditions may include a change in days worked, shift hours, and/or working conditions (outdoors or other locations) when participating and assisting in special events.


Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
