- Create project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, analyzing project timelines.
- Collaborate with the project team to track, refine, and optimize schedule solutions to exceed project scheduling goals and objectives.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Meet with company leadership to continue to develop and refine company project controls and best practices.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler, superintendent, or project manager for commercial general contractors in Southern California. Experience working with public works agencies, K-12 education, DSA regulated school projects in California. Projects valuing $100M+ a plus
- Experienced specialist in CPM scheduling and reporting
- Proficient (5+ years) in the use of Primavera P6 and cost loaded schedule management
- Experience with and a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work, and relevant technology.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, solution-oriented approach towards teamwork, and problem solver.
