IT Administrator Cloud Sourcing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Administration and maintenance of server systems, such as installing and uninstalling software products
Conducting initial discussions with software providers and partners to determine standards and technical requirements
Discussing deployable solutions and alternatives with customers
Creating instructions and documentation
Reviewing customer requests for software products using questionnaires

Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
First experience or knowledge in administration in the client/(Windows) server environment
Excellent understanding and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with diverse technical solutions and their interfaces
Strong team spirit, communication and consulting skills, as well as experience in dealing with customers and technical partners
Interest in new technological solutions and a hands-on mentality
