Job Description:
As a Medical Product Assembler at Del Medical, you'll have a key role in ensuring our medical products are assembled carefully and meet high-quality standards.
Here's what the job involves:
- Read and understand assembly drawings and instructions to put together medical products accurately.
- Work efficiently to make sure the assembly process meets quality standards.
- Check incoming materials and inhouse assemblies thoroughly.
- Follow rules and regulations to maintain our standards and comply with industry requirements.
- Document important information about our products for traceability and compliance.
- Keep track of inventory by following established procedures.
- Contribute to improving inventory management processes for a smoother supply chain.
- Follow ISO procedures to ensure compliance with quality management standards.
- Participate in audits and inspections to make sure our processes align with ISO guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with team members and external partners.
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Keep your work area organized and clean to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries and promote a safetyoriented workplace.
- Adapt to changing tasks and willingly take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in product assembly, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance in the medical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO procedures for quality management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
