Description

Additional responsibilities include quote review, project management, and other miscellaneous items to help better the company. Prepare pricing estimates on new projects and estimate prices on change orders on existing contracts.

Exercise good judgment and experience working with purchases, labor, equipment, and transportation costs to arrive at full-cost estimates with appropriate profit management to help achieve company goals.

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Experience overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project scheduling, updating, and reporting
• Ability to document, organize, understand, and interpret complex streams of information and paperwork including plans, specifications, addendums, and other data common to the heavy/civil construction industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
• Capable of managing multiple, unique assignments simultaneously
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office)
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in engineering, project management, or a similar discipline

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand plans
• Incorporate safety in the means and methods of decisionmaking
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners and subcontractors
• Participate in project execution strategy and planning
• Work with site personnel to resolve issues
• Ensures the team meets expectations, and coordinates the disciplines to ensure project success
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
• Review vendor submittals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
• Review AIA Billings

Pay:
$60, $110,000.00 per year
