Your responsibilities

As a team leader (m/f/d) in logistics, you will lead, support, and motivate a team of up to 100 employees in the warehouse and be responsible for personnel planning in your area.
You will manage and plan operations within your warehouse area and coordinate with department management to identify potential improvements in logistics processes.
You will ensure efficient and timely handling of goods, making a significant contribution to our customers' satisfaction.
You will also regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial or logistics training or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Desire to develop your own team and ideally have experience in leading employees.
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early/mid/late) with rotating Saturday shifts during peak sales periods (usually at the end
