- Execute on significant project work streams, initiatives, and plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.
- Participate in the drafting, review and quality control of workforce consulting proposals and statements of work.
- Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of Vizient Workforce tools and technologies at client sites.
- Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.
- Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, including interaction with the C-suite.
- Provide business development support by generating leads or participating in close of sales.
- Contribute to the practice development by submitting written papers on relevant labor costs, attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and generating ideas for new products/services, etc.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience working with workforce projects required.
- Healthcare or consulting experience is required.
- Experience working with C-Suite level needed.
- Clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of operational benchmarking sources and methodology for acute care and ambulatory settings preferred.
- Prior experience managing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive projects a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
