Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers promptly.

Generate and send out invoices, as well as follow up on overdue accounts.

Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.

Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel.


Sage100 experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.


Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
