Full Circle Realty & Property Management/Full Circle Construction Services (FCRPM/FCCS) offers various real estate and property management services. Full Circle Realty provides leasing and property management services for residential and commercial properties.

Currently, FCRPM is managing a portfolio of 500+ rental units and is a full-service and hands-on management company whose practices are grounded in integrity, accountability, professionalism, and incomparable quality.


Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties.
  • Diagnose and repair problems with building carpentry, painting, and light systems.
  • Complete repairs for CHA inspections in the manner necessary to meet CHA standards.
  • Successfully perform plumbing tasks, including pipe fitting, shutoffs, sink replacements, faucet installations, garbage disposal installations, and repairs.
  • Deliver quality carpentry work, including replacing doors, doorjambs, drywall, trim, interior/exterior caulking, and step replacement.
  • Perform electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
  • Repair ceramic tile to include flooring and tub surrounds.
  • Successfully perform window installations.
  • Maintain and effectively use the appropriate tools necessary for success in the role.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit an upbeat disposition while interacting with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Must have time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances, such as lastminute deadlines or other challenging conditions.
  • Accurately report parts and supplies needed to effectively restock inventory (if applicable, based on location).
  • Assist with snow/ice removal (if applicable, based on location).
  • Monitor grounds conditions and participate in daily grounds sweep (if applicable, based on location).
  • Own and maintain a personal vehicle appropriate for carrying materials to and from a worksite.
  • Be oncall to respond to emergencies.
  • Additional duties as required.

  • Must be able to safeguard confidential and sensitive information with legal and personal consequences if divulged.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally with internal and other external contacts as appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in multifamily property maintenance is necessary.
  • Knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines, procedures, and OSHA regulations (including statespecific) is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to use various technologies for multiple purposes.
  • Must provide essential tools.
  • Must be able to report to work during inclement weather conditions.
  • Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Must adhere to the team apparel policy.
  • Regular attendance, work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.

Compensation:

Starting at $22.00 per hour or higher, based on experience.
