Description
  • As a member of the 1st level support team at Sylvan Springs, you will approach daily tasks with calmness and competence - from receiving and processing incidents and inquiries to resolving them through the ticket system and documenting the process
  • Your main focus will be on providing support to users for all issues related to the Windows workplace, while also considering security aspects
  • You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining workstation and server hardware, as well as software applications in the Microsoft environment, in accordance with company guidelines
  • You will manage user accounts and access rights in the Active Directory according to internal requirements
  • You will document solutions and processes in the IT field according to company policies
  • You will work closely with other IT departments to continuously improve processes
What we expect:
  • Completed education in the IT field or equivalent qualification
    Experience in IT service or helpdesk in the Microsoft environment
    Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications
    Basic knowledge of network technology and Active Directory
    Experience with IT ticket systems, preferably Jira
  • Knowledge of information security is an advantage
  • You are curious and interested in learning about our processes and systems
  • You are comfortable participating in a telephone on-call rotation (every 8 weeks for 1 week)
  • You have strong communication skills in German
