Description

We are looking for a practice instructor for both our general wards and our two intensive care units (part-time possible).

The responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and shaping the recognition process
  • Planning and conducting lessons
  • Providing practical instruction on the wards
  • Documenting and monitoring instruction/guidance
  • Advising and supporting the internal practice instructors on the wards

The requirements profile includes:

  • The additional qualification as a practice instructor according to § 4 (3) PflAPrV
  • Interdisciplinary expertise in wards and departments
  • For intensive care units - advanced training in A+I
  • Pedagogical interest, creativity, and empathy
  • High level of self-organization and reliability
  • Proficiency in using PC and MS Office
  • Communication skills and interest in concept development/small projects
