As an occupational safety specialist, you will be responsible for the occupational safety support of our ambulatory and stationary facilities for elderly people, people with disabilities, and young people in the state of Brandenburg.

How you can contribute You advise and support employees and managers on all matters related to occupational health and safety.

You actively participate in the planning of occupational safety and accident prevention training and conduct them as needed. You support the implementation, evaluation, and updating of risk assessments. You organize and accompany internal and external audits and inspections. You develop existing occupational safety concepts and initiate the implementation of improvement measures. You coordinate cooperation and correspondence with professional associations, company doctors, and government authorities. You create occupational safety statistics, analyze accidents, and develop prevention measures.
