Our work combines planning expertise and construction competence with innovative methodologies and sustainable concepts.Your responsibilities:
- You will maintain close contact with the client and act as the interface between them and all involved specialist planners (according to the scope of services of HOAI and AHO), as well as between the specialist planners.
- You will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality, and will provide regular milestone reports.
- You will be responsible for reporting and supporting the client in decisionmaking with regards to quality, costs, and deadlines.
- You will regularly coordinate with architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
- You will ensure that all processes in your area of responsibility run smoothly.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering.
- You have 35 years of professional experience in construction management and project management.
- You have knowledge of AHO booklet 9 and 19, HOAI, and VOB.
- You feel confident using MS Office and common cost and scheduling programs.
- You have an openminded personality with a selfresponsible work style, strong customer orientation, and high consulting competence.
