Summary:

  • The Property Management Associate is responsible for supporting the Property Department in managing over 180 branch locations and growing through assisting with the compliance of all state required license documents and reporting for WBAC Branch locations

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Primarily assists with the day‐to‐day functions of the Property Department.
  • Managing property responsibilities for branch locations including approving supply orders after review for cost saving opportunities.
  • Provide assistance to Area Managers in obtaining maintenance (ie. HVAC, landscaping, and snow) contracts required in leases.
  • Setting up utilities for new locations.
  • Assist with obtaining vendor quotes for branch maintenance tasks and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Process vendor risk assessments in system for parent company.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and implementation of other property management as required.
  • General office support as needed.

Educational Requirements and Experience:


  • Real estate, property management, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to our business.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
