We want to continue expanding and positioning our company for the future, and that's why we are looking for you to join us as the Head of our Development Department at our headquarters in Wetter (Ruhr) as

HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (Focus on Electronics) (m/f/d) Full-time.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the development of our control and drive technologies, including electronic and mechanical development.
You bring motivation to an interesting and diverse role in a modern work environment with plenty of room for your own ideas and development opportunities.
You will develop concepts for new products, from prototype to serial production.
You will coordinate and manage resource allocation within the development processes.
You will be responsible for project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, and target market.
You will drive continuous improvement in innovation and sustainability.
You will take on leadership responsibility for approximately 10 employees.

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
At least 10 years of professional experience after completing your studies.
