We are the German sales company of the Swiss medical technology group Ypsomed AG, the leading developer and manufacturer of injection and infusion systems for self-medication and a renowned diabetes specialist with 30 years of experience.

In Germany, Ypsomed GmbH is located in Liederbach near Frankfurt am Main. The main business is the development, production, and marketing of medical products for people with diabetes.

The portfolio ranges from the new intuitive insulin pump system mylifeTM YpsoPump to injection pens, pen needles, blood glucose monitoring systems, and software solutions for simplified therapy management.

Most products are sold worldwide under the umbrella brand mylifeTM Diabetescare.

For doctors, pharmacists, wholesalers, mail-order and specialty retailers, Ypsomed has been a competent partner for years and is certified for quality multiple times.

For the "Health Care Professional" hotline department, we are looking for several new colleagues to take on the exciting role of Support Manager Diabetes Technology (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

MUST HAVES Representing
  • You enjoy communicating with our contacts, such as doctors, diabetes specialists, and our sales team, by phone and digitally.
Advising
  • You are the first point of contact for diabetes specialists in our 1st level and are part of our HCP team.
You support diabetes specialists, possibly in combination with users, with all technical questions about our loop systems, in arranging training dates for Automated Insulin Delivery topics (AID
