Description
  • Conceptualization, further development and consistent implementation of strategic QM action areas
  • Operationalization using appropriate QM methods in a challenging and interesting environment
  • Compliance with and ensuring the quality requirements of BWI with a focus on the CDO business area
  • Application of various QM methods using different methodological approaches
  • Successfully completed degree in natural sciences, preferably in the IT field, or a comparable degree with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT as a test or process manager, etc.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management or assurance
  • Proven knowledge of the quality management system (certification according to DIN ISO 9001, DIN ISO 19011, etc.)
  • Experience in analyzing, implementing and optimizing processes using quality tools such as FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, and in auditing (primarily process audits)
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in organizational development and interest in proactive and collective quality management
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Knowledge of agile methods and the VUCA world
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Design Thinking and/or Scrum, or knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
