Purpose and objective of the position

For our renowned client in Toftrees, PA, we are currently looking for an Architect (m/f/d) to join our team on a temporary basis.

Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

Planning and construction management of internal construction projects, conversions, renovations, maintenance and modernization measures
Review and compliance with regulations, building permits and standards
Coordination and supervision of external contractors
Acceptance of completed work
Preparation and participation in contract awards
Creation of construction schedules
Cost, deadline and quality control during the execution phase
Creation of maintenance plans for building maintenance
Conducting regular property inspections and documentation

Professional requirements

Successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification
Professional experience in project management, planning processes and ideally in construction management
Knowledge as a safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) is an advantage
Good CAD skills, experience with project management tools desirable
Knowledge of fire protection and occupational safety
