    Description
    Midtown Athletic Club Chicago is currently seeking to fill a Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor Position. In addition to being one of Chicago's premier Tennis and Athletic Clubs, Midtown offers a truly unique social environment for all members and associates.

    The Food and Beverage Department features a full service restaurant offering contemporary global fare. Additionally there is a full Coffee and Smoothie counter with grab and go offerings. Midtown also features outdoor dining options with cafe service on the pool deck as well as a snack shop. The pool deck also features a full service bar. Midtown also features a rooftop bar with Summer event programing every Friday and beverage service Saturday and Sunday. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be working with two other Food and Beverage Supervisors and a Food and Beverage Manager.

    Typical Shift Hours for Supervisors:
    • Opening Shifts Start at 8:00am and end around 4pm to 5pm
    • Evening Shifts start at 1pm and end typically between 10pm and 11pm
    • Mid shifts are from 10am to 7pm
    • The schedule operates on a 5 shift per week schedule for between 35-45 hours.

    Responsibilities:
    • Embrace Midtown's Core Values in Operations
    • Hold Staff Accountable to their responsibilities and demonstrate active coaching.
    • Support Associates in their roles by mastering then being able to assist in Bartending, Barista/Counter, Food Running, Bussing, Hosting, Serving as needed to support operations.
    • Assist in the Setup and Breakdown of Food and Beverage Events.
    • Light Scheduling Duties (After Training and Acclimation to Operations)
    • Light Ordering Responsibilities (After Training and Acclimation to Operations)
    • Interviewing and Hiring of New Candidates. (After Training and Acclimation to Operations)
