Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Skills:
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with logic controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
