About the Role:

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating digital releases for platforms like Spotify and Apple, as well as overseeing the production of physical products. Your focus will be on providing essential production information to our international affiliates and supporting US releases. Collaborate with team members and key label personnel to ensure a smooth release process for digital and physical products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage international new release projects across various Warner Music labels.
  • Supervise parts fulfillment staff and oversee packaging adjustments for international markets.
  • Liaise with global teams to facilitate international releases of US repertoire.
  • Monitor album schedules, review materials for quality, and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Coordinate international orders and maintain archives for packaging and materials.
  • Provide backup support for international communications and pricing.

About You:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience in international operations within the music industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with music supply chains and industry software.
  • College degree or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Four years of experience in the music industry.
