Description

We are looking for an organized and motivated full-time Project Manager for a long-term position. This is a successful and internationally operating company in the metal and electrical industry, located in 28309 Bremen, that develops and produces complex systems and equipment for their customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing projects while ensuring quality standards and meeting cost and timeline requirements
  • Leading a team of employees from various disciplines
  • Supporting sales and acquisition activities, negotiating with customers and partners
  • Managing national and international contracts, including claim management and supplier coordination during project execution
  • Reporting project progress and other relevant topics
  • Driving and developing product lines with support from the sales team

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in a technical field
  • Extensive experience in project management, including leadership experience
  • IPMA certification at level C
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Confident and goal-oriented personality
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel internationally
