Join one of the TOP startup employers in the finance industry in Columbus, WI. JITpay is a rapidly growing payment service provider specializing in the logistics sector. Founded in 2016, JITpay Group digitizes billing and payment processes in logistics.

JITpay handles the entire billing process between clients and contractors and combines it with a specially developed factoring program, allowing for immediate payment to contractors and flexible payment terms for clients.

JITpay has its own fully digital factoring company and currently employs nearly 100 people in locations in Braunschweig (DE), Wroclaw (PL), Basel (CH), and Bucharest (RO).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Debit Management Employee for our office in Braunschweig.

Your responsibilities:

Accounts payable accounting (quality control of purchased receivables)
Accounts receivable accounting (processing of domestic and international payments)
Collection management (domestic and international)
Crossfunctional collaboration with the factoring department
Crossfunctional collaboration with sales in receivables management
Communication with factoring clients
Communication with debtors (domestic and international)

Your profile:

Completed commercial or equivalent education (experience in accounting is a plus)
Several years of experience in receivables management and factoring
Customeroriented, friendly demeanor and ability to work independently
High IT affinity and quick comprehension
Excellent organizational and communication skills
