- Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for leading and managing the project execution and process improvement between the different areas of the Business within the Logistics and Operations area. Technology and operations improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate successful and rapid improvement process events; Assist in the collection of data identifying opportunities and for tracking improvements.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects cost reductions and process performance improvements.
- Responsible for Value Stream Mapping of core business processes and the implementation of process compliance metrics.
- Evaluate the current Supply Chain processes to identify potential improvement, evaluate the impact and possible automation, and collaborate with the definition of the implementation strategy.
- Identify activities within the business that add value to the rest of the areas assuring optimal flows with the expected quality.
- Detect opportunities for improvement standardizing processes and maintenance over time.
- Projects' follow-up to ensure execution and implementation.
- Lead the Digital transformation of the Supply Chain.
- Lead operative improvement projects (centers, logistic platforms & hubs).
- Search of new methods and tools that assist with the improvement and evolution of the supply chain.
- Contribute to the operative improvement of the different teams. Culture of change. Continuous training in the business core tools and adopt new methods & skills through learning
- SAP experience of 4 years or more
- Data analyst experience.
- Project oriented
- Deep knowledge of the Cosentino Business
- Knowledge of Basics of Logistics and/or Logistics certificates (APICS, etc.)
- Fluent in Spanish language
