Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of painters and oversee all painting projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
• Restore and repair damaged areas on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed for painting projects
• Assist with remodeling projects by painting and finishing surfaces
• Perform concrete finishing tasks as required
• Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for largescale projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional painter
• Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
• Experience with concrete finishing is a plus
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled in using airless paint spraying equipment
• Maintenance Person skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
