- 14-bed ICU
- HM Daily Census: 35 patients/day
- Round-robin admitting
- No geographic rounding
- Open ICU
- HM Physicians do procedures
- 3, 12-hour Physician Day shifts (7a-7p)
- 12-hour APP Night shift (7p-7a)
- Active California license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license
- Candidates must be BE/BC in IM or FM
- Active ACLS and PALS certifications
