Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Registration Director to join our team. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Online Registration projects from start to finish.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Online Registration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate with IT/Virtual Technician, Conference Meeting Director, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including budget and schedule performance

Skills:

At least 5 years Online Registration Project Managment experience in a Federal Government environment.
Strong knowledge of Registration processes and techniques
Excellent understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation
Strong contract management skills
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
