    Description


    The Memory Care Program Director is responsible for assisting the Executive Director and Leadership Team in delivering top quality care and programming to ensure the safety and well-being of our Memory Care residents.


    If you have:
    Minimum Associate Degree, college degree required
    Three years' experience in memory care
    Five years' experience in an assisted living/memory care facility
    The ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
    The ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals
    The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, residents, and the general public
    Knowledge/Skills
    Substantial knowledge of memory care
    The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
    The ability to respond to medical emergencies
    Excellent communication skills
    CPR certification
    General/medical knowledge and application
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
    The ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records
    Strong supervisory skills
    Doctor's statement verifying you are free from communicable disease
