Job Description

We are seeking a At-Home Registered Nurse to join our team You will be responsible for the assessment, assistance, & treatment, for senior patients.

We are a national at-home care agency, we have multiple departments that provide different services. We encourage nurses to join our team as we have many different paths you can choose with our quickly growing company

Our hours are 8am-5pm with no on-call work and highly flexible

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
travel up to 40 percent of the time (travel reimbursement provided)
travel to patient within your work zone radius...a 2-4 patients a day ( most within a 20 minute commute, with a maximum of 40 minutes)
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Licensed RN in MA
Ability to build rapport with patients
at least 1-3 years experience as a nurse ( bonus if at-home nurse)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
